Passport Renewal

You need to renew your passport if:

If your passport is damaged, was issued more than 15 years ago, or was issued when you were under 16 years old, you need to apply for a new passport.

Application: Complete online form DS-82.
Photos: Provide one 2’’x2’’ photo. (Can be taken in office)
Proof of Citizenship: Submit your previously issued U.S. passport. (If unavailable, refer to Lost or Stolen Passport instructions.)
Travel Itinerary: Include a copy of your travel itinerary or airline ticket.
Proof of Identity: A copy of your state ID or driver’s license.
Authorization Letter: Authorization form.
Government Fees: Pay the appropriate fees via check or money order:
- Passport book only: $211.36 payable to the U.S. Department of State.
- Passport book and card: $241.36 payable to the U.S. Department of State.

Remarks: For overnight delivery, include a prepaid FedEx air bill or pay $24.00 to Passport & Visa Solutions.

Accepted: Credit cards, money orders, cashier’s checks, company checks, or cash.
